Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy entitles you to return unused products within 7 days of receiving your order. Our return policy is only applicable on full priced products/orders. Products purchased during online sales/promotions are final and cannot be returned or refunded. In addition, no returns or refunds are allowed on bespoke/ customized products.
Please notify us of your intention to return unused products by sending an e-mail to info@dania-shinkar.com in order to receive your return authorisation and instructions. We kindly ask you to not send anything without contacting us first, as it may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have the right to open the package and check its contents, but the product must be returned unused, clean and in a saleable condition, in its original custom packaging and dust bag along with all the attached tags/ labels. Returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed or tampered with. Returns may not be accepted if the product has been used, soiled or damaged in any way.
We have the right to refuse to accept the return, if the return was made after the allowed time, or the returned products were in some way deficient.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dania-shinkar.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/ exchange items if they are defective or damaged or incorrect (i.e. not the item you ordered).
In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, please send us an email at info@dania-shinkar.com within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping
Unfortunately, Dania Shinkar does not offer free shipping on returns. You, the customer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product or products back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return, Dania Shinkar shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible. The customer is liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned products back to Dania Shinkar.
Customers are responsible for the shipping until we have received the returned products; risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers. Therefore, we strongly advise that products are returned via a safe shipping alternative, preferably one that uses a tracked and signed service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Refused Shipments
If the order is refused at delivery, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred in the item’s return. Accordingly, any incurred cost will automatically be deducted from your refund.
